i think there is too much white in this shot..
maybe cropping the sky out of it would help?

I tried to crop it, but the image was too 'square'...I don't know, it didn't fit the image. Thanks for your comment!

it isnt square if you cropped it just from the top of the mast

Amazing work, Love it. Works so well in b/w. I like the boats, thats are not as clear in the distance. I like the darkness of the pier and how you can see the ripples in the water. awesome job.
