Sora is a Blue shiny fusion of a Flareon x Jolteon! He got this way because his father is a jolteon, his mothers one being a Flareon and the other is an Umbreon. He was born a normal shiny eevee before accidentally touching two stones at once to evolve into a fusion and due to the Umbreon shiny he turn out to be a shiny blue fusion of a Flareon and Jolteon!
