i hate artblock i had one after studying 2 and a half years portrait and anatomy i just needed to step back for a while and don't do art at all maby that helps you with yours 
sometimes thats great i just feeled like drawing and now i can't stop anymore
but on some artblock you need to push few sometimes it helps to draw your favorite character actor...or you can always try something new maby draw a human or a portrait a nother way is taking commission or art trades something of that sort to make you draw.
