For day 5 of #vulnerableanimalsweek2021 we’re on the North American continent and the sub theme I chose was ‘bioluminescence’

This little cutie is a Margay! I’m cheating a little bit as it’s found more in Central America. This is a small, solitary feline, which is sometimes called a tree ocelot or monkey cat. They spend most of their lives up trees and can turn their ankles 180 degrees so it can grasp onto branches. It is classified as a Near Threatened species, and it’s population has been decimated due to the illegal fur trade

I had a play about with colours for this one! I made a pink and a purple version but I quite like the contrast in this one between the red and gold.
