Apple Jack's colors are a little dull. I think if you added color to her the picture would be much better. Also, the background is confusing to me. Why are they in an open field when they could have been in the castle, or in the Everfree Forest. Pinky looks super mad, maybe if you made her expression more happy it would look like the original character. Other than that all the other colors almost accurate and though I am not sure about your choice of background the way you designed it is beautiful.
I like the expression on Rainbow's face, determined, like the character.

They look like Earth horses. Realistic ponies from MLP would have bigger skull for brain that is simillar in size to human brain. Earth horses are like Gorilas and Equestrian ponies are like humans. Equestrian ponies would hardly look like earth horses. So i must say it doesn't look realistic.

It's like you went back to their original style (from the toy line) but made them much more serious and badass. You certainly have that prowess and have more than certainly brought that vision to an impressive reality.
