Aw, how cute!
I like the color scheme you used, and the foreshortening on the cup is pretty good!
The pose is really adorable, and the shading is fairly lifelike.
I do think the head is a touch large, though I admit that it could be the foreshortening. Anyway, all I'd really suggest is to make the side of the coffee cup since the top is a bit inconsistent with the side; it's like they're drawn at two separate angles.

But overall, I think this is a really adorable drawing! I love the way he's just sitting in the cup, it's really cute!
