important that you eliminate ALL unwanted light
put your camera on a tripod or something and take the picture in complete darkness
leave open for about 30 seconds
use small LEDs to create the light
should work out like that
try to keep the bulb without fingerprints
or it will look naff
as i found out in my first light bulb pic
and try to fit the bulb to something, i had to deal with that spring, was a bit gay.m
good luck if yr gunna try it it's worth trying

i use tripod for my photos
but i have only 8sec
my blue and red lights are from LED, hehe

i have place for full darkness - basement, hehe
