there surely is a lot to say about the notion of heaven and hell
I don't interpret them as common religious notions, as people are used to see them, the traditional way - we have evolved enough, some of us, to see beyond that, and I expect you to have a better understanding of it too...
I disagree a bit with what you said
in my view, hell would imply negative stuff and pain and suffering, and boredom too, boredom or routine or monotony or convention is not happiness... and it's not positive because it lacks the essence of life... and heaven would be bliss and light and everything positive - and I don't necessarily think there is a place for these two notions (with doors and inhabitans and a location in space), and I also don't think we get there after we end this life immediately - there might be transitory hell that leads to heaven, or transitory heaven that leads to hell... and they may be found here on earth too, both of them - and maybe final hell would be a lack of evolution, and final heaven would be such a bright evolved energy that we can't even imagine right now... at least that's what I think - and love surely doesn't belong to the wrong side of things, even if it often implies torment and suffering, it means also great bliss, but here in this life, it cannot be separated from the suffering, because this is how this world and this existence is meant to be - but love is heaven and if you get it right, no hell will ever shade your shining infinity...

hmm let me think on that while. do you want a broader view or just my beliefs on the heaven and hell bit?

it would be better to speak about the entire view of your belief and include the chapter about heaven and hell - is it your own system or a specific belief you belong to?

well i'm christian catholic but i don't follow all the beliefs of the church, i decided a while back i didn't agree with what they tell me i should think so i made up my own mind about a lot of things. for a long time i struggled with my sexuality, but i've come to accept that since God made me the way I am, as I am meant to be, wouldn't it stand to reason that I'm meant to be this orientation? The way I see it love is love, and that can't be a bad thing. He made enough people straight to continue the human line and gay couples are adopting and all that

good for you, I agree with this fact: everything that exists is meant to be the way it is for a reason, and people don't have the right to decide who has a purpose in this world or not
all creatures have the same rights and love is love absolutely - and love is better than anything in this life, it's the essence of infinity, it's the most important miracle, so it shouldn't be dismissed just because some people can't understand the diversity of the universe...
there's a lot to be said about the rigidity or dictatorship of non-evolved people's mentality...
but as a general statement, I'm glad you know what's right and you stand your ground and you think for yourself, because you should indeed...

i understand there's a fair point when people say that there's nothing about two men for example in the bible... i can't disagree since i haven't read the whole thing but yeah so what? God loves us despite anything we could ever do, so i believe that he loves me anyway.I don't see God as being this massive bloke with a beard and the whole white robe get up or anything either... to me i don't even see a person, He's so much more than what we could ever be. He's in everything around me, and this feeling of something else that exists inside of me. every day when i look at the sky i think what a beautiful sky you made for me today God, and the stars, he's planned out the night sky for me years in advance... it's so beyond anything anyone can contemplate
