Lovely picture by the way... hm... at first I thought that they ran off together from their parents and the girl twisted her ankle and her lover was comforting her... but their clothes are kind of confusing because they aren't ripped or anything and are (excuse me for saying this) kind of random... OH! I GOT IT!! The girl is a well-known model at the height of her career and is about to walk the catwalk of her life, and she gets so stressed out from nerves and panic that she runs out the back door of the building where there's a small garden and tries (unsucessfully) to calm herself down. Her manager/designer/(both?) finds her while he takes a drag on his cigarette and can read her like a book (because he notices and loves her so much that he just knows her closer than anyone else outside her family) - he can tell she's nervous, so he comforts her... telling her that she's beautiful and has done perfectly fine before so that she'll do okay. Of course, she doesn't notice the double meaning in his words because she's so focused on her career. Huh, now I get the feeling that it's a sad love story...

The girls face is more idly. She doesn't look like she wants to be there. On the other hand the guys face shows some type of dominance and pride with content...

and what it makes me think of... well, she looks somewhat unsure and a bit sad or worried, and so perhaps he is reassuring her that things will be ok, whatever is wrong, and he is there for her.. it's really sweet picture, has a lovely warm feeling to it. at least that's what i think (:

Oh wow, this is so beautiful! Where to start, where to start? Well, I guess I'll start with the impression I get when first looking at this. Honestly, I get this feeling of shall we say, caring? It's obvious by how close they are to each other that they have some sort of relationship. But more than that, the tender way he's smiling at her just shows how much he cares. She looks concerned, possible worried about something, but it's like his big warm hand and soft sweet words could melt that doubt away. I'm not exactly sure, but maybe she's worried that she doesn't deserve him. And of course, he's saying that's not the case, that he loves her and only her.
As for the picture itself, absolutely gorgeous. The way you play with the light and the way it falls upon these two, like a soft light from heaven is wonderful. The clothing is cute and contemperary, but better yet you shaded it to match the light source (that's really hard to do and you did it great!). You're anatomy seems great (gah! your hands are perfect!), and what an interesting angle! I like how it's slightly to the side and we are able to see both of their faces very well. All in all a simply wonderful piece that is absolutely going in my favorites.

Awesome Art as usual!! When I look at it, it seems that he is trying to convince her he's sincere with his love but her face shows that she is not all that convinced.
