This shot reminds me of Elizabeth Bathory's story; she was a Hungarian woman around the 1580's who murdered hundreds of virgins and bathed in their blood in attempts to sustain her youth. The Victorian allure, the way the would-be virgins appear to be giving her their blood (as opposed to her taking it forcefully), and the central model's stare into the male's eyes really make this piece remarkably exquisite!
The model directly behind the woman in the bathtub; her eyes looking towards the viewer seem vivid, when compared to the others who appear lethargic and lacking their blood. When paired with the lighting from the top center, one might infer that the model in the rear is a ghostly presence - perhaps someone who had given her life in the same fashion that the other three are doing currently.
All in all, a very well done piece and kudos to all involved with it's creation!
