Yeah, I've read that tidbit of lore. Interestingly enough, that also got 4Chan, specifically the /tg/ board, to write up their own homebrews on what-if scenarios. Like, what would've happened if Emps was successful in creating Female Primarchs? Two really famous examples would be the fanfic Imperium AscendantΒ and the 4Chan /tg/ written work Warhammer High.

Still, one would think that the Emperor would've green-lighted that idea. If they created a superior breed of humans, then they would've stood a better chance against Chaos and all the other horrors in the universe. In the homebrews I mentioned, the backstory of how the female Primarchs came to be was because the Emperor as reconnecting with humanity once more and decided to create female Primarchs so that his sons also have the joy of raising their direct bloodline children.

no i was talking the fact that big E might have made them with his genetics as the core basis. but may i remind you he edited so much that Leman has fucking canine genetics. and with the picture we aren't even getting started on daemonhood which essentially replaces everything you are with warpstuff meaning there are no genetics.
