Normally they are called as Lamia, but other mythologies (Such as Hindu, if I remember right) call creatures such as this as Naga.

There isn't really a specific name...

Ancient Greek Dragons actually often resembled serpents, or Naga and Lamia, with a winged example, of more monstrous is Typhon , who had wings, and a lower body of a serpent - at least times though several snake tails, akin to tentacles. H also often had multiple dragon/serpent heads though:



Typhon's mate, Echidna, was  depicted as a serpent woman, sometimes winged, but not always.

The correct term then though, would be "Drakaina ", for females, "Drakon" for males.

Naga themselves are basically Dragons in Hindu and Vedic myths, with the Chinese Dragon Kings, being identified with Naga Kings in Buddhist tradition.

Gorgons, including Medusa were often presented in Greek art with wings, but they didn't have among Greeks tails for legs:
