WHOA! we have that in common im lacking in quite alot so thank u verry much! first i have to fibnd a proper drawing program an dlearn to use it. and i cnat go to colledge either atm because ive gotten verry sick due to my diabetes and its dabilitating so i cant go until i can control it better which is nearly impossible becaus eim brittle. but id like to go for animation. wat type of laptop and drawing program wld u recomend for animations and just drawin gin general?

I understand, my mantle heath keep me out of collage for yet another year so I'm hoping to go this coming fall. If not my dads talking like he might just throw me out...
Lets see... I use an Asus n61j with windows seven. Its a low end gaming computer with a high ram and a nice graphics card. High RAM and and good graphics card is what you need to look for in a computer for art. Ive been told that Macs are better for art software and they're what all the schools use, but I don't know the specks on any of them.
The programs I use for digital art are Easy Paint Tool Sai and Photo Shop CS4. The newest Photo Shop is CS5 witch can run upwards of $1,000 but if you're cool with bootlegging it the you can use a portable version of both Photo Shop and Paint tool Sai. For an animation program Ive used Adobe flash. There up to CS5 in that too and it also can run upwards of $1,000, but it to can be found as a portable if you look hard enough... You will also need a Tablet. I use a bamboo fun tablet.
