I've just been going dragon crazy the past few days... Anyway, this is Derad. I needed a character ref for him before it got mixed up with some of the other dragons I plan to draw and write about. The other ones will get posted soon. Two are getting done... ish currently.
As for this picture, the background drove me crazy. I couldn't make the rock look good enough for the life of me... but I like how it ended up As for the toes and spikes I had to take each of those seperatly to work on them and that was very time consuming.
Another dragon that's made from the imagination. Got to love those kind.
