Whew this one was a doozy ΒI was feeling all inspired after reading a fic called Sunlight and Shadow by PurrfecktlySinful on AO3. It's about an AU where monsters are Reborn after death as either angels or demons depending on their emotional state when they die. I highly recommend it but watch out it does get a bit explicit towards the end!
