It is inhabited by the Parisiens, a Pre-warp Humanoid species with small muzzles, manes/tails, hooves, horse-like ears, and large, expressive eyes. In 2325, The planet experienced a planet-wide nuclear holocaust, leaving 76% of it's population dead, either perishing in the war, or as the radiation set in.
