Description
This is a very small ship in a bottle that I built for my brother as a Christmas present. It portrays a German Search and Rescue boat, as my brother is a big fan of that organization.

How I made it:
The bottle is a small medicine bottle.
The ships hull is carved from wood, the mast is bamboo (if I remember correctly) with a piece of copper wire stuck through it as the horizontal part. Another copper wire makes for the hinge at the bottom of the Mast to make it fit through the bottle neck.
The whole ship is painted with acrylic paints.
The water is made of acrylic paint as well, mixed with colourless acrylic paste.
