Description
I asked people via Twitter which type my characters were and water came frequently for FLOOD.SPYKEE could be FIGHTING/STEEL or ELECTRIC/STEEL. I should think of he's design probably later :V
FLOOD is a WATER/ICE type pokemon. He can turn into a DARK type using a DARK atk in battle. Reverts back to WATER/ICE after the battle.

I love how badass and powerful you drew him here, and I like a lot the idea of drawing him using his powers, which also fit him awesomely.Β
Beautiful job with the ice weapons and the water, they look very dynamic and cool, same with his pose, and it's pretty cool to see him with an angry face. The colouring in the drawing came out beautifuly.
