Actually, every frame takes 0.2 seconds, which makes the image 5 fps.

It was designed as a blank canvas of a map, in the spirit of the original forge world/

Yeah, but at least the old world had a colosium, an island, a large cave, and a box canyon in tribute to older game maps such as Valhalla in Halo 3, and a flat area ontop of the colosium... not just three new versions of the tower of rock sticking out of the water that diminish in size
