Without thinking twice, I ran outside as quickly as I could.
It was dark as night, though It did not feel like the night at all. The sky seemed to glow with a purple vibe. It was creepy, but I had to move on, even if I could barely see any further.

The best I could see was a small shadow. As I approached it, the shadow revealed itself to be a young eevee. She must have passed out for some reason. While I picked her up I felt something creeping up from behind me as everything turned as purple as the illusioned sky covering the village. I turned around and saw as a zoroark's pounce was interrupted by a familiar absol's shadow claw.
From all the blood the fox had spilled from his throat, I could tell he had been killed.
I fearfully looked away and protected the eevee's body with my own as I waited for the threat to be compleatly eliminated.
I felt as it's lefeless body fell to the ground, and as he did, it seemed like the area around us slightly cleared up from the illussion. I turned my head again to see as the very absol who saved me fell to the ground. His bandages snapped and blood begun to spill out.
A rush of adrenaline allowed me to best my fear and stand up "A-Andre!" I tried lifting him as I held the eevee in my other arm, but his body was too heavy.
"Please, get up! We need to get to the medical tent quickly!"
He struggled to get up and I did my best to help him, but he fell down again.

"Somebody! I need help!" I tried shouting, and luckilly two other 'mons ran over to help.
I recognized them from the tent. They were helping the doctors too, a shiny eevee and her friend, a green eyed poochyena wearing a red scarf.
"What's the problem here?" the poochyena asked
"I need help lifting him up." I said as I tried to lift him again.
The poochyena pushed Andre with his back as the eevee did the same. The three of us managed to lift him up and take him back to the tent where we placed him back on one of the blankets.
The poochyena, Dammit, was the least bloodied of us. "I'll go get a doctor to help him. You two should get cleaned up." he said, before heading towards the doctors.
I looked back at the absol who had saved my life. I felt like I should have been the one to get hurt, for it was because of my own recklesness. But if it wasn't for him, neither I or this eevee would have lived through the attack.

"I won't forgive myself if you die..." I said, placing a paw over him as I sat down with the eevee on my lap.
"Don't worry... I won't..." he said with a struggle to speak as he grinned.
I couldn't help but smile sadly as I watched him close his eyes again to rest.
"I can see your friend is really strong. He'll be back up in no time." the shiny eevee that had helped me earlier said in a cheery way. "So, what's your name? My name is Yuki."
"I'm Amy." I answered in a rather sorowfull tone of voice.
"We better go get cleaned up before helping any of the others." she laughed and stood up.
"Well, after that I'm going to have to tend to this eevee..." I observed this strange eevee. She seemed to be having some sort of nightmare. Luckilly she wasn't very hurt, just a few bruises is all. "...Well, let's go find some clean towels."
