Janie thinks of herself as an ordinary girl who wants to live an ordinary life. She always likes to spend time with her girlfriends and her other friends like anyone else and tries to be a loyal friend to anyone she meets. She's persistent when she apologizes for something she did wrong and always believes that people will look down at her if she makes a single mistake.
It rarely happens at least to her, but sometimes she would feel left out if one of her friends or most of them go out on a hang out date but leave her out. She thinks they do it intentionally which they try to tell her is only her imagination, but she has a hard time with her slightly immature nature of taking her apologetic nature to the extreme. Nevertheless, she will always agree to hang out with anyone she wants to be friends with and knows how to make friends easily.

Janie loves sweaters ever since she was a child to the point where her closet is full of them. One of her girlfriends told her she has a sweater fetish but Janie always brought it down saying she just likes wearing them and doesn't like using the word "fetish". One moment that proves that she may have a fetish for sweaters is when she went to school wearing one... without any skirt or pants to go with them.
She's also described as a feral type to others as she mostly is barefoot half the time going with her digitigrade feet. Though most of the time she does wear shoes but hates the type that squeezes her feet too tightly which is why she's barefoot time to time.

Janie always was afraid of ladybugs when she was four years old and never got over that fear to this day.
Janie also has a habit/routine of cleaning her tail daily as her mother did that to her when she was a baby.
She never met her father as her mother never told her what happened to him. With her family photographs, not one was showing what her father could've been as Janie's mother becomes distance upon the mention of him.
