So yesterday I realized something, I haven't drawn a xenomorph in any way shape or form for months. And then I remembered my new tablet and the capabilities I now have, and then I got the great urge to draw a xenomorph and see what I could do with it. So I drew a sketch and then line art in as detailed a way as I possibly could. But let me ask you guys something, which do you think is more terrifying the sketch on the left, or the line art on the right?There are two things I can draw really well, in all sorts of poses from all sorts of angles. Those are, ponies, and xenomorphs. Those are two veeeery different things aren't they. I've actually been drawing xenomorphs as long as I have ponies, so I have my own way of drawing them now, same way as the ponies. Let me know this as well, lots of people have called my art cute, i want to know, do you think that xenomorph up there is cute?

Yeah it makes sense, it seems like my line art style is just too, smooth or clean to really represent horror. So for future xenomorphs I'll draw them more sketchy.

DAHUM! I'm not really a fan of mortal combat but that was so amazing! And brutal!
It's not really a tribute piece, more just practice. I want to draw xenomorphs more but I want them to be terrifying, and my lineart style does not equal terrifying, so I'm trying different techniques to try and make it look more horrifying. I honestly think it looks scarier in the sketch.
