Wow...um....the Bioshock series including the upcoming 'Infinate' has a ton of possible stained glass inspirations...then there are a bunch of other games as well, so all I could really suggest is, go with your artistic gut feeling and make whatever strikes your fancy.
Be it Bioshock, TF2, Neverhood,Dead rising (I may or may not play that one)
whatever intrests you.

We'll be eagerly waiting out here to see the results!

no not paint i just bought all the glass and started cutting some of my pieces got broken but oh well thats my first ever piece so i cant complain. and thank you very much
