a scene from into the spider-verse. i only just started going to movie theaters this year and somehow all the movies i've watched have turned out to be very good, especially this one!

my literal thought during this moment in the movie theater was "I AM PAINTING THIS SCENE WHEN I GET HOME"

and i did!

it was fun. this was a pretty quick little thing but loved doing this and i got to use the watercolor set that i barely touch. the background reeeeally could be better but i was mostly focusing on miles morales in this one. peep the details on him compared to those...blobby rectangular shapes in the back that are supposed to be brooklyn, new york

into the spider-verse is such a good and well-animated movie! everything from the interesting plot to the unique character designs and amazing soundtrack... it's really clear that a lot of love and talent went into this. it's so good that i'm getting a little pretentious about this and i don't even care. go see it!
