Is this mission accomplished because Bucky killed Steve or is Bucky saving Steve from drowning and Steve accomplished his mission of starting to help Bucky remember who he was? Captain America 2 was basically about the power of friendship (maybe Steve has been watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and had gotten his ideas from that
