Sketching while watching "The Princess Bride" may cause mushy romantic stuff to appear in your sketch book. Just saying.
So, I really like this. I'm satisfied with a picture for once. Sure, I see a few problems, but that's only due to my inability to consistently keep Charlie and Lucy at a specific height. I feel as though Charlie is getting shorter and Lucy's getting taller. -_-;
I coloured this yesterday, and realized how horrible it looked. So i scrapped it, and started over. I fixed the line art problem, and even spent TWO HOURS on the hair, pushing and pulling it until it looked satisfactory (too me, at least). Yay snow days~!
No real story, just a sketch. I like the way I got Charlie's hair back, and how she seems a little surprised. I think I got Lucy's head right, (the angle and all) and that I spent some time shading the ponytail.
I felt the picture needed orange somewhere, but never got around too it. Maybe I'll go back and edit it later.
