I'm glad that at least one artist on this site doesn't overprice/underprice their art.

If I give you a picture of two girls, will you be able to draw it? Any extra charges or the like?
Also, apart from that, two full body characters in one picture cell shaded will cost 39 dollars, am I right?

Hi Luna! Yes, I could draw two girls in my style from a picture! Non extra charges for that
Two full body characters in one picture, cell shaded, would cost 30 dollars for one character plus 21 dollars for the other character (the price for the second one is 30% percent less of total price, in this case, 70% of 30 equals to 21 dollars). The overall price would be 51 dollars.

i'm new to this so this'll probably sound like a dumb question but.. with commissions is a printed copy given out? like for example if i ask and pay someone to draw me _____ will they just send me the picture? or will a printed version be mailed to me? thanks

I guess it depends on the artist. Usually deliver printed copies is expensive for both the artist and the client. I myself prefer to give a high quality digital copy for the client to print
