...a gift for my dear friend AyhanDear Ayhan, thank You for Your precious friendship,
I do hope, that You will recognize Yourself... and that eventually You will like Your gift...You appreciated my drawing "cry in the desert"so much, You once told me,and You said, if ever I should draw something likewise, I should think of You, than...crying "silently"...You told me furthermore that Your ID Photography "Do You recognize me" would be particularly dear to Your heart...So I kept those two "indices" in mind, and I created this for You...
I rarely worked as much as I worked on this drawing, for some weeks, actually, and I never had it "so hard" to get the right resemblance...Your photography was very particular, extreme brightness and lights,and the face was not "entire"...so I was observing again and again other photos from You, but none really "corresponded"...however, I did, my best, and what I could, for sure, not perfect, but...coming from the heart...and to be "true with the essence and emotion"needed or desired in this drawing...
I would like to add this beautiful words of Leonard Cohen:

I promise I will not try to be a model to ordinary people, because of not to reduce the quality of the object that you used for that neat drawing. You transfer general look of me but you put me into a very handsome form by your very neat style my friend. I found myself so charm-full and very handsome when I look your beautiful artwork.
