Pan need to rest somewhere to test it out if he can be free some of host. He truly have freedom, only scar is the leaf on his head. So he rest there calming that it take him do nap.

Those two puffball/Poyo came out nowhere, that their doing just exploring, they found vale laying there and one blob with tiny leaf. They thought it a weird rock or a slime.
