It's not working on MMD, where as I already set it and When I tried to set in AMD Catalyst menu, It still dind't work.

Huh really? I rare to used AutoLuminous so I never found about it yet. Then you must refined the edge with Graphic software.

Yes, using blur tool or directly used Gaussian blur to refined the edge so It won't be really look jagged.
