ok sO I THOUGHT THIS ENDED NEXT MONTH BUT IT ACTUALLY ENDS TOMORROW WHOOPS GOOD THING I DOUBLE CHECKED so i did most of this animation and coloring just now bc i will gone all day tomorrow but that's okay bc i at least managed to finish it, altho it isn't the prettiest animation but still good (if i win him tho i'll prob come back and redo this,,)
anyway
i am so in love with this design honestly rice poms are definitely one of the cutest species so when i saw this one i knew i had to try for it + samoa cookies are my favorite!!
so this pom i figured i would name chancellor! he is a very self-centered and vain pom (hence the hair flip,,) and talks in an obviously fake british accent. altho he is always perfectly styled and comes off as having a ton of money, he's actually just scraping by bc he is spending way too much money that he does not have on various clothes and products. this is bc although he comes off as vain he is actually very self-concious about how people perceive him bc he grew up in a poorer household and had vowed to himself when he was a child that he would become a star on the big screen, but now he just works as a waiter and performs in the small local theater on the weekends.
