Glad I could help. I have to agree a bit with allendra above, the scarf actually should be a bit transparent so that light from behind comes through...but I'm sure that is a pretty hard effect to accomplish. If you had a version of poser five or better you could have created your background picture, then 'tossed' in the scarf in a semi transparent render. Just a thought.
