I can't recall ever having actually danced in the rain.
But, I do have a character who's a storm dancer. She is a spirit, who lives in storm clouds (among others of her kind), and dances in the storm, even on lightning bolts. They're what cause the shapes in the clouds, you see. And, when she happens to take on human form, she likes to dance in the rain.
