Wow, this is fantastic work, and I'm very impressed. I must say that the background and the pony work together with one another well, making the picture very bright and fluffy. This image actually reminds me of Katy Perry's California Gurls, being that there's pink, cotton candy-like clouds, and a bright blue sky. The pony's outfit is extremely adorable, and original. The anatomy is also pretty well done. What really intrigues me is how well the hair and the eyes are done. The shading for the image is flawless, which I applaud you for also. I have nothing to tell you to improve on, except for the muzzle might be a bit too large for a mlp pony, but being that you're already such an advanced artist, that's easily fixable if desired. All I really have to say is keep up the great work!

haha it isn't the first time someone pointed out the muzzle
someone commented on an older mlp drawing and said the muzzle made the pony look like a dragon..probably because I flared the nostrils out in attempt to make it more realistic >.<
but thank you for bring that to my attention, I'll have to take a closer look at those mlp ponies!
and you're right, now that you mentioned it, it does remind me of Katy Perry's music video
