Description "I'm sorry young man, but we happen to believe your quirk may have caused this to happen to your parents."
"No! That...that can't be!"
--
"You can't be a hero! Your quirk wouldn't be any good for that anyway."
"You can only make a villain good for so long, you know?"
"Come on, pick a more realistic dream!"
"Cheer up, Ciardha! I believe in you! You're totally going to be an epic hero one day!"
--
I'm sorry, Ragna. But you were wrong.

The Shiketsu outfit is by Safiric .
But why, you ask? Ciardha is a villain but he went to Shiketsu?
He did my friends, he sure did.
That's a sixteen year old Ciardha as a student to Shiketsu.
The other three outfits are casual clothes for him.
Anyway this kind of feels backwards as fuck? I have this huge backstory for this guy, but I currently have no background for his heroic therapist rival Ragna , oops.

Name: Ciardha Sullivan
Villain Name: Sullivan
Quirk: Conversion. This quirk allows Ciardha to either turn someone completely good or entirely evil. He has to touch them in order for this to be usable. His quirk lasts until one of the following conditions are met: 24 hours have passed, Ragna has split the victim and one of the resulting halves has been dispatched, or the will of the target completely breaks so that their personality fully becomes the one Ciardha induced. If Ragna splits the target and a half is dispatched, the remaining half becomes the reality of the target. He technically can reverse his own quirk, but usually never does. His quirk does not work on children under ten years old, for a reason he has not been able to figure out yet.
Nationality: Japanese-Irish
Nicknames: Chaotic One, Dreamer, Sloth, Cunning, Metalhead, Ginger, Breaker
Age: 24 (Shiketsu High School Graduate)
Birthday: 04/26
Gender: Male
Family: Father (Quirkless, deceased), Mother (Morality Manipulation, deceased.) Umeko is his adopted daughter though.
Species: Human
Relationship Status: Single
Orientation: Asexual/Demiromantic
History: It is unclear whether or not his quirk came in late or simply was just unknown. But it was first discovered when Ciardha was about ten years old. Having grown up adoring heroes, Ciardha held a very idealistic belief that good would always prevail. That no matter what hurdles there may be, justice would always prevail. He was given a rude awakening when his quirk accidentally manifested and turned his mother evil. Ragna was spending the night with his family at the time and knew a bit about her quirk, so she attempted to split the mother back into her original self and the evil half. This was successful, but the evil half was quick to attack them. Ciardha's father attacked the evil form of his wife, allowing the children to escape to get help. By the time they came back with help though, the evil form of Ciardha's mother had murdered both of his parents. She was shot down by a policeman at that point, but it was too late; Ciardha had lost his whole family to his quirk in one day.
Ragna's parents were quick to voluntarily adopt him and finish raising him. They encouraged him to become a hero anyway, to learn how to use his quirk better. Ciardha chose to pursue this, entering Shiketsu with Ragna so that the two of them could follow their dreams; Ciardha to be a hero and Ragna to become a therapist. Unfortunately, students often put Ciardha's goal down, telling him that it was unrealistic with his quirk. Meanwhile, Ragna's goal was always cheered on, and Ciardha became terribly jealous of his childhood friend to a point of hatred. Towards graduation, he finally snapped under the weight of the bullying, the negative comments about his quirk, and yet the continued encouragement from Ragna herself. He couldn't take anymore of it. He decided that being a hero wouldn't allow him to use his quirk to whatever full potential he had, so he became a villain to experiment with it. He also did this to distinguish himself, to resign from society as it had become. He felt as though the heroes he had idolized for so long had done him a disservice, that all the ideals he had once believed in were useless to his existence now.
On his very last day at Shiketsu, Ciardha accepted his certificate of graduation before turning around, touching a teacher, making them evil, and walking out of the building. Ragna rushed after him, demanding to know why he had done that. He turned around, looking her dead in the eye; "I'm sorry Ragna, but you were wrong."
Since then, he hasn't even made an effort to become the greatest villain in the world. He just enjoys causing chaos, knowing that he has the ability to defame heroes and undermine the world he once truly believed in. He has chosen to rise against his persecution, embrace his jealousy, and turn against everything to realize his potential while distinguishing himself from heroes and other villains alike.
Personality: A cunning young man with a chaotic heart. He puts quite a bit of effort into his appearance for someone that considers himself to not be a vain person. He constantly sounds bored, exhausted even by the world around him. He doesn't really find joy in anything, and often responds to most situations with sarcasm. He's a bit on the lazy side, never really working on weekends. He runs an online business selling sweaters that he designs and knits himself, under an alias, and this makes him quite a good amount of money. He's an opportunist, never really going out of his way to use his quirk. He's always carrying an air of confidence, and has the intelligence to back that up. Always studying his own quirk, and doing his best to learn more about how it works. He's a bit analytical, not so much mean spirited as he is cold and calculating. Mostly stoic, clever, antisocial, and sometimes on the verge of depression, Ciardha has one reality he likes to share with everyone else; that evil lies in everyone. Some portions of this personality goes out the window if he's interacting with a child because he has a soft spot for them.
Likes: Children, metal music, Celtic Mythology, Japanese Mythology, sweaters, knitting, tattoos, art, chaos, Ragna, intelligent minded people, business, watching people, taking care of himself, sleeping, watching movies, computers, cooking, baking, tidiness, cleaning, Halloween, animals, and research
Dislikes: Eggs, adults, himself really, false history, politics, stupidity, hypocrisy, other villains, heroes, bullies, people that pray on the weak, weekdays, most holidays, shopping, and poorly made clothes.
Notable Features: His eyes and hair are both naturally covered. He has a tattoo on the back of his shoulder of both of his parent's names, with an "I'm sorry" written under it. His eyesight is naturally bad too, and he does require those glasses deeply. Despite having a hero-villain rivalry with Ragna, he actually still likes her. He still considers her his closest friend and the only one worthy to be called his enemy.
