Man I was running out of time so I couldn't perfect my noodle dragon technique oops.This is still good enough; pretty proud since it's the first time I try my hand at oriental dragons 0u0 tweaked his design a bit cause if I kept it the same, it looked a bit wonky on him. One MSE done, 3 to go!
I felt like an Oriental Dragon fit him quite nicely; noble, brave creatures that represent power and strength!
