Here's a cute Cupcake necklace with a lot of decoration, made out of Fimo clay, silicone and decoration material~It's attached to a pretty ball beads chain necklace.
The cupcake is approx. 1.5" x 1.5" (3cm x 3cm)

It's air dry but you do want to give it 12-24 hours to dry completely.

You mean the decoration? The white you see is silicone, and that acts like glue as well
