After months of circulatory problems in both legs, Anastasia had to have both legs amputated at the pelvis because they were already showing severe necrosis. She was able to go to the hospital beforehand because she had no insurance to pay for the therapies she would have needed. It might have been possible to save her legs, but that would cost a lot of money and she hadn't saved that much money.

Anastasia then opted for the cheaper option. She is currently in the porn business making special videos for special clients which she enjoys doing as she now has a life she can afford.
