Ah, it's nice to meet another person who knows just how amazing CLANNAD is (my favorite anime by FAR).

As for the art piece, it's very nice, indeed. The shading is very nice, the proportions are accurate (I myself am still improving on drawing females @.@).

I would hazard a guess that either the hair or the upper body was the "most frustrating part to draw" ?

Yes. CLANNAD is AMAZING! When I watch other animes now......it's pretty underwhelming because they can't compare to CLANNAD.

Indeed, indeed. CLANNAD simply amazed me in every aspect. The characters, the animation, the fact that I can relate to Tomoya in a number of ways hahah. I won't be afraid to admit it's the first anime to ever make me cry (well technically After Story made me cry) and I'm proud of it. Though I did become a HUGE fan, buying the whole series on DVD, some collectibles (heck even a cosplay o.o hahah).

Agreed with everything you said. Although...CLANNAD wasn't the first anime that made me cry...that would have to go to Kanon. But to make me depressed for DAYS after a certain character died? Yeah...CLANNAD was the first.

Ahh, Kanon..I watched that right after CLANNAD. I think the reason Kanon didn't make me cry was because I found CLANNAD far more emotional to myself, it being more realistic and me able to understand how Tomoya feels, Kanon, while it did sadden me at what the characters go through, it just hadn't made me cry. Surprisingly, neither did Air..I thought it would. The ending of Angel Beats! did make me shed a few tears though..for a few lil personal reasons, yeah.

I know what you mean. Kanon,Air, Angel Beats(a shame it was only 13 episodes...it needed and extra 13 or so. Felt like it was rushed. ) are VERY emotional shows, but CLANNAD is the best of the best. I'm glad I watched Kanon and Air before I watched CLANNAD.

For Key animated works...it would probably go like this for me....

CLANNAD>Kanon>Angel Beats>Air, but they're all really good.
