Appearance: Tower of Babel has thin yet slightly muscular frame and takes the form of a humanoid dog which upper half of the head, body and left shoulder are covered by a red crumbling armor, his helmet has a set of four stars on it and four gaps where one of his eyes can be seen behind, it's fur is gray and ears are pointy, also the legs have blue and sand color patterns descending to the legs which are covered by stone-like gray skin that resemble towers, he also wears a short yellow scarf.

Yellow, blue, red and white marks can be seen on his arms, as well flame marks can be appreciated on his body

Abilities:

Rubble Spin bullets: It can craft improvised crumbling semi-perfect spheres that can be imbued with rotation energy and shoot them like bullets, they break on impact extending the damage in a greater zone making anything near it spin.

Crumbling tower: This ability allows Tower of Babel to put up a barrier around it's range limit, anything that crosses it be stand or user themselves they'll suffer an impending danger for more improbable it may seem. The only way to get to it is through long range attacks, make the stand move or attack(due to the barrier requiring him to be still) or use a stand equally as powerful using the spin.

Golden rectangle reaction: With enough energy gathered from the golden rectangle TOB can use the superspin to cause a total shutdown of the victim's motor nerves strangling them upon making the person's body spin around themselves sending the energy gathered to cause so much numbness the target becomes immobile no matter how much it tries to move, and the spin will go on forever unless the same victim is hit with the same energy but in the opposite direction.
