The Eye Of The Storm is an enigmatic sniper rifle, found by Enitan Adebayo on an expedition to Europa in the Jovian system. It has since become a favorite sniper rifle of hers, with her claiming it to be 'like an extension of her body and her Light.' Incredibly well-balanced, near-pristine despite its age, and often more akin to a small rocket launcher than a sniper rifle, the Evil Eye is a finely tuned sniper's weapon. Upon hitting an enemy, the projectile will explode split into six more projectiles, each of which do Arc damage. It has proven well-suited to exterminating colonies of Fallen, and upon witnessing Enitan's prowess, marksmen from settlements outside the City are clamoring for an Eye of the Storm of their own.
Curiously, due to a lack of business and the seizure of the 'Regime' project by Suros Foundry, Arcus ceased to exist before the manufacturing date on the rifle, and no record of the ship found by Enitan has ever been discovered. However, several components found in the rifle seem to hint at almost Golden Age levels of advancement, and others resemble parts found in the infamous 'Ice Breaker' project.
Artist's notes
It was inspired by THIS RIFLE by Sruli Recht , and the Vulkar from Warframe. Though less cancerous-looking than the Vulkar. Admittedly, Recht is not a gunsmith, but I just loved the way the stock looked, the polished white wood... And I couldn't think of an effect, so I was all like fuck that, now it's the Pimpernel!
