where does one get UV Acrylics, paintings, and Ink?

in my country(Argentina) i get my UV acrylics, or 'neon' acrylics, and fluorescent paintings in artistic stores or shops, and ink...is the same ink that you used in your drawings. specifically this drawing i just used black ink and fluorescent ink.
