So when I looked up the Metaphysical Properties of Benitotite I found out..
"Benitoite is a very rare, and much-needed, crystal. ... Putting a piece of Benitoite in one’s energy field will be surrounded by a barrier of protection and assist in acquiring guidance from the angelic realm.

Also every source also put an emphasis on Clairvoyance and Psychic Abilities.
Also it is a major stone for the Third Eye Chakra and it's Energy Color is the same color as Benitoite so I REALLY wanted to focus on that Spirituality.

Then of course Catch and Release came out yesterday (Spoilers ahead for anyone who hasn't seen it!!!!)
I had already sketched out a design for her but then I started to think about what if her body (like Peridot's) were "Limb Enhancers". Basically she is a very small Gem who has some "Future Vision" BUT Homeworld developed tech to enhance it. Her body is covered in an effort to dampen her other senses so she can focus entirely on what is to come. She is used in Battle as a Master Strategist. Because of her mask she cannot speak and communicates via holograms from her Gem, directing the flow of battle. Because Benitotite is a Rare Gem she only goes where circumstances are most dire.

I'm hoping to develop her more later, but for now please enjoy this snap shot!
