I love rabbits. Everything about them. They lead such troubled lives. They run, they breed, they eat. And yet, they're beautiful. I look at rabbits and I see a story. Thousands of enemies, and yet they thrive.
I love rabbits to death. I feel like it's who I am; a rabbit. Trapped in a cycle of running away, and yet it's not scary or sad. It's who I am. Running from the bad and continuously finding more evil and darkness. But along the way I find love and beauty in the world.
Rabbits deserve so much better in the world. We hunt them and eat them and wear their fur. They rarely cause harm. And then on top of it all, they have to run and hide from natural enemies.
This picture means a lot to me... I feel like I can't run anymore. Like I've finally been caught by the man with a gun and things are only going to get worse. But I also find that there is always a way out.
And one year ago today, my dog Brutus had a stroke and was put down... R.I.P. Little Brutus Robbins

My rabbit currently has Wry Neck, and we've been giving her meds but she hasn't seemed to be getting better. This totally made me tear up.

the only fault i can find with rabbits is they reproduce to much, and its a real hastle for farmers (i live in a farming county of england, and have seen the damage) and also in england there not a native species (i think its the same in america =/) and they eat lots of the native animals food.
