A former African who moved to the America's, joined a notorious street gang and became the world's deadliest hitman. No matter what section you were from, even his own, for the right price he would take your life. People called him Fate because if you saw him outside of a social function then it was fate that he was there,seeing as how many people believed that he practiced ritualistic sacrificial ceremonies on his victims. So given that he spoke Swahili he adopted the moniker "Muuzaji wa Hatima" or "Dealer of Fate". After being feared for years and an unconfirmed amount of bodies under his belt, he was unceremoniously killed by his 11yr old son, all because he was was teaching him to handle a gun and was shot in the face by his own ignorance not emptying the magazine thinking the child couldn't pull customized 20lb trigger. So while passing into the afterlife he was stopped by the actual Angel of Death and offered a deal to replace him for a millennium to rest, in return he has free range to jump universes and kill his previous targets in various fashions. He accepted, but when his contract was over, he realized that he enjoyed it too much and asked the AoD to become a permanent fixture and for him to enjoy retirement, which was agreed upon and now he roams the many earths collecting the souls of those fated to die and his former targets souls for fun.
