papyrus fails, and the human resets. except, papyrus wasn't reset. sans was, except sans hadn't lost his memories, and due to his frail mental state, sans fell into a coma, dying soon after. papyrus began another genocide, gaining much lv, and slowly, a sans-like apparition began to form behind papyrus. eventually, papyrus got to waterfall, undyne ambushed papyrus, and as she brought down the spear, sans blocked the spear, getting hit instead. he killed undyne, papyrus getting the exp, and then, the human comes. papyrus runs off, as sans stays to fight.
