Description The man wasn't sure why he'd wandered into the forest, but he had anyway. It just seemed so calm. So quiet. So...enchanting. Now, he regretted his decision. He was lost. He had no idea where he was, and simply wanted out. After going in circles for a few hours, he sat down and seemed to give up. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a small wisp nearby another tree. He walked up to it out of curiosity, and tried to touch it, but it avoided his grasp. Then, it started floating away. The man was curious, and followed it.
That's exactly what it told him to do shortly after. He heard a whisper. "Follow", it said. Presuming this to come from the wisp in front of him, he listened, and followed. After about an hour, he stopped, and sat down again.

"You're trying to help me, right?" he asked the wisp.
"Yes," it replied, in its whispery voice. "Please keep following."
They continued down whatever path the wisp was making, and the man noticed the forest was getting denser as they went on. He became suspicious.
"Are you sure this is the right way?" he asked.
"Yes," it replied.
The man remained suspicious, but he followed anyway, figuring this was his only hope. Another hour ticked by, until the man finally got tired and sat down again. He didn't want to walk any longer, and went to sleep. The wisp willingly waited.

In the morning, they continued. The forest continued to get denser. The man's suspicion rose again.
"I'm pretty sure this isn't the right way," he said multiple times.
But he felt compelled to continue. The wisp continued to whisper the same word to him.
"Follow..."
--
The man was trapped. The wisp had led him here. He'd fallen into a rather deep ditch, which seemed to be simply gouged out of the ground. The edges were too steep and too tall to climb. He couldn't escape. After a few minutes of struggling to escape, he noticed he was getting weaker with each passing minute. He thought it was simply fatigue from working so hard to get out, but it continued even after he stopped. Within about an hour, he could barely stand anymore.
He looked up, and noticed a fairy sitting in the trees nearby. He could've sworn he'd seen her somewhere before. Wasn't that one of the Vocaloids his sister always talked about? Aoki Lapis?
She smiled, and nodded, as if acknowledging his thoughts as correct.
"Hey! Aoki! Help me out of here!" he shouted.
He shouted multiple times.
She acted as if she couldn't hear him. Weaker with each passing minute, he finally realized in his last few seconds of consciousness that she was the one who'd led him into this trap, and probably the reason why he was getting weaker as well.

The man passed out.
Aoki giggled.
