Technically he was, oh, you mean originally. I know he's a former munchkin who got his legs chopped off, and replace with tin prothestic ones, and the Wicked Witch cursed his axe, and one thing lead to another.

while this is a nice design that looks functional it doesn't really look steam punk. In my opinion steam punk is supposed to look kinda bulky and like something that could be powered by steam. As i said this is my opinion and this is still a very good drawing with great details

very functional looking, i love it, the little things like the axe sharpener and heart container in the design really sell it, only real crit here is that the presentation could be a bit more dynamic in it's layout but i still love it
