Yeah Michelle Ruff. I really dig her voice work for the most part and I think she excels as Rukia.
And... well it's said that the aging system in Gurren Lagann was off and that Yoko was actually 18. Makes sense thought I think it could be the company that made Gurren Lagann trying not to be... lecherous.
