Thank you! It's one of the villains from HunterxHunter, you should watch it! One of those action shows, it starts off seeming sorta stereotypical but it gets really grotesque later.

I know they cut out a lot of gore in the anime but the manga is pretty bloody. There's weird cannibals and stuff..
